Bianca Gambrah, Counseling Intern

Seeking healing is a step that mirrors a great deal of strength and courage? These qualities are exactly what I encourage you to distinguish within yourself as we work, through unpacking and unlearning the challenges of life that initiated you seeking therapy.

My goal is to support and encourage you to release, toxic/negative emotions and energy that hinder you from living a purpose-driven life. As your therapist, I approach you with empathy, sensitivity, and respect. I help you identify areas for healing and growth, guide you through the tender areas, and teach you empowering tools to achieve positive, lasting change you seek.

I have a multitude of experience working with teens and parents leading groups on self-esteem, emotions, anger management, conflict resolution, and effective communication. I hold a B.S. in Criminology with a minor in Social work and an M.A in Counseling. Currently, I serve as MHC Intern through the Alfred University
